Diagnostics and check engine light

Factory software for your make, a scope when the data needs it, and a technician who has seen the fault before. You get a written finding with photos, and the fee is credited to the repair.
Factory scheduled maintenance
The book, to the mile.
Every interval the manufacturer calls for, with the right fluid spec and the service history reset so your records stay clean and your warranty stays intact.
Oil service
Approved-spec oil, OE filter.
LL-01, MB 229.5, VW 508, Porsche A40, Toyota and Honda 0W-20. The exact spec your engine calls for, an OE filter, and a 30-point inspection with photos.
Brakes
Quoted per axle, in writing.
Pads, rotors, sensors and fluid, with OE or OE-supplier parts. We measure and photograph rotor thickness and pad depth so you can see the wear, not just read about it.
Cooling system
Built for Texas heat.
Water pumps, thermostats, expansion tanks, radiators and fans. We pressure test, replace failed plastic components as a set, and bleed the system the way the factory does.
Air conditioning
Cold by August.
Leak test with dye and nitrogen, then the failed part and only the failed part. Compressors, condensers, evaporators, blend doors and control modules.
Suspension and steering
Clunks, pulls and air springs.
Control arms, bushings, struts, air suspension compressors and struts, steering racks, and a four-wheel alignment to the factory spec when the geometry parts are replaced.
Timing chains and belts
The job you do not skip.
Chain tensioners and guides on BMW, Audi, VW and MINI. Timing belts with water pump and tensioner on Honda, Acura and older Subaru. Done on time, with the correct tooling.
Transmission service
DSG, PDK, ZF, CVT.
Correct fluid, correct fill procedure, adaptations reset. Conductor plates, mechatronics and valve bodies when the data says so, and a scan before any teardown.

The warranty
36/36k
36 months or 36,000 miles on parts and labor, whichever comes first. If something we fixed fails in that window, we fix it again. That is the whole policy.

Will an independent shop void my factory warranty?
No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to service the car anywhere as long as the work follows the manufacturer's schedule and specifications. We use the right fluids, the right parts and reset the service history, so your records stay clean.
Do you use OEM parts?
Your choice, quoted both ways. OEM from the dealer network, or the OE supplier that made the part for the factory (Bosch, Mahle, Lemförder, Denso, Aisin) at a lower price. We do not install economy parts on a car we are warrantying.
How do estimates work?
Diagnosis first, then a written, itemized estimate on your phone with photos of what we found. You approve line by line by text. Nothing gets done that you did not approve, and the invoice matches the estimate.
How long will you have my car?
Most diagnostics and maintenance are same day. Parts that need to be ordered usually add one business day. We tell you before you leave the car, not after.
Can I bring my own parts?
We do not install customer-supplied parts. The warranty covers parts and labor together, and we can only stand behind parts we sourced.
What does the 36-month warranty cover?
Parts and labor on repairs we performed, for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. If a repair we did fails in that window, we fix it.
Do you work on hybrids?
Yes. Lexus and Toyota hybrids are a core part of what we do, including battery diagnostics, inverter cooling and brake actuators.
