What we check first
The Toyota issues a specialist knows by heart.
These are the well-documented, high-frequency faults on Toyota platforms. Whether yours has them depends on the year, engine and mileage, which is what the diagnostic is for.
Timing cover and cam tower oil leaks on the V6
The 3.5 V6 in Highlander and Tacoma seeps oil from the timing cover with age. We confirm the source with dye before quoting, because the seal and the cover are very different jobs.
Hybrid system service
Prius, Camry and RAV4 hybrids need a clean battery fan and inverter coolant on schedule. We check block voltages and replace only what the data says.
Oil consumption on some 2.4 engines
2007 to 2011 2AZ-FE engines can use oil. We measure consumption honestly before recommending anything.
